The Brief …

To consolidate several existing websites under one domain without using sub domains and complete content management for all through the same admin panel.

The Solution …

This was a particularly tricky project as traditionally WordPress is used to manage one website, or the Multi User facility is used for multiple sites using sub domains.

Designed by Brand Graphica, a design agency based in East Sussex, the website needed to have a ‘portal’ homepage that lead into what appeared to be two completely separate websites.

This meant that all of the standard WordPress functionality needed to be split. The Search, Archives, Categories all needed to only show content from the relevant section of the site. And, all pages needed to be organised through the admin in easy to use manner.

The features include:

• Drop down menus showing 3 levels of navigation.
• An Events section that could be displayed on the homepage and inner pages.
• A column of relevant useful links specific to each page being viewed.
• The ability to add custom headers to each page.
• Enews signup form on each page that integrates with in house CRM.
